Protection of your personal sphere in the course of personal data processing is an important task for us. If you visit our web sites, our web servers save as a standard the IP of your Internet service provider, the web site that you visit us from, as well as date and time of your visit duration. The information is needed for technical transfer of web sites and safe operation of the server. Personalizes assessment of the data is not performed.
If you provide us with data through our contact form, the data will be saved in the memory in the course of data protection on our servers. Personal Data
Personal data is the data about you as a person. It includes your name, address and your e-mail address. You do not have to provide any personal data so as to be allowed to visit our web sites. In some cases we need your name and address as well as other information so as to be able to provide you with the service required.
The same applies to cases when we provide you with information materials or if we answer your questions on your request. In such cases we will always warn you of the fact. More, we save only the data provided by you on automatic or voluntary basis.

We might ask you for other information, but it is of strictly voluntary character. When we process you information, we always do so, so as to be able to offer our services to you or to follow our commercial targets.
Automatically Saved Non-Personal Data
If you visit our web sites, we will save some information due to administrative and technical reasons. These include: Type and version of browser used, date and time of access and the IP address as well.
The data is anonymised and used for statistics purposes only, respectively for improvement of our Internet and online services. The anonymized data are saved – separately from personal data – in safe systems and they cannot be assigned to any individual personalities. That means that your personal data is always protected.
Cookies
If you visit our web sites, we will possibly save information in your computer in the form of cookies. Cookies are small files being transferred from the Internet server to your browser and saved on its hard disk. The legal base for use of cookies is contained in article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the personal data protection regulation.
There is only saved the Internet protocol (IP) address – no other personal data. The information, which is saved in cookies, allows your automatic identification during your next visit to our web sites, which will make your use of the web sites easier.
Naturally, you can visit our web sites without accepting cookies. If you do not want for your computer to be identified during your next visit, you may also refuse the use of cookies, while changing your browser settings to „refuse cookies“. You can find the appropriate procedure in instructions for use of your browser. If you refuse the use of cookies, use of many fields of our web sites may be limited.
Google-Analytics with Anonymization Function
We use the Google-Analytics on our web sites – it is a web analytical service by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as „Google“. Google-Analytics uses so called „cookies“, text files that are saved in your computer allowing analysis of your use of web sites.
Information created by the cookies, like for example time, place and frequency of your visits to web sites including your IP address, are transferred to Google, USA and saved there.
We use Google-Analytics on our web sites with "_gat._anonymizeIp". That means that your IP address is shortened by Google within the range of member states of the European Union or – in other countries – within the Agreement on European Economic Area and so it is anonymized.
Google uses the information to assess your use of our web sites for setup of activity report of the web sites for us and provision of other services connected with use of web sites and the Internet. Google may possibly transfer the information to third persons if it is set by law or if such third persons process the data based on authorization by Google.
According to their own information, Google will not connect your IP address under no circumstances with any other data of the Google company. You can disable cookies installation by appropriate setting of your browser software; but we would like to notify of the fact that in such a case you might not be able to use the full range of our web sites functions.
More, Google provides for standard browsers a de-activation Add-on, providing your with more control over the data registered by Google for web sites called by you. The add-on informs JavaScript (ga.js) by Google Analytics, that there should not be handed over any information of web sites visit to Google Analytics. The de-activation Add-on for the Google Analytics browser will not prohibit for the information to be passed to us or to other possibly used services of web analysis.

If you visit our web sites using the mobile end device (smart phone or tablet), you must click here, so as to avoid future monitoring within the scope of the web sites from the side of Google Analytics. This is also possible as an alternative to the above stated Add-On of the browser. Clicking on the link in your browser will set the Opt-Out-Cookie, which is valid for the browser and the given domain only. If you delete cookies in the browser, the Opt-Out-Cookie will be deleted as well, so you have to click the link again.
If you agreed for your web and app course of the browser by Google to be connected to your Google account for personalization of announcements, Google will use your data together with data of Google Analytics to make lists of target groups for remarketing exceeding the frame of the device. For this purpose, Google Analytics at first register your ID checked by Google at our web sites, as connected with your Google account (i.e. personal data). Consequently, Google Analytics temporarily interconnects your ID with your Google Analytics data for the purpose of optimization of our target groups.
If you do not agree, you may cancel it by using appropriate settings in the "My account" area of your Google account.
Safety
We took technical and administrative safety measures so as to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, handling and unauthorized access. All our employees and service providers working for us are obliged to follow valid data protection acts.
Whenever we collect and process personal data, such data is encoded before any further transfer. That means that your data may not be abused by any third persons. Our safety measures are subject to the permament process of improvement and our declarations on data protection and permanently reworked. Please arrange to have always available the most up-to-date version.
Rights of the Data Subject
Contact us please whenever you want to get information which of your personal data we save respectively if you want us to correct or delete the data. You are also entitled to limitation of processing (article 18 of the personal data protection regulation), the right of objection against processing (article 21 of the personal data protection regulation) as well as the right to data transferability (article 20 of the personal data protection regulation). In such cases be so kind and address us directly.

We herewith reserve the right to change our declaration of data protection at any time, if it is necessary based on new technologies.
