Forced Circulation in the Chamber
The principle of operation is based on fine patent-protected air flow using a ventilator in electrically heated chamber of the device. The used patent thermo-dynamic system arranges development of a homogenous air flow rising in a spiral inside of the operation chamber. By natural tempering from the bottom upstairs, the process simulates natural processes and it arranges optimal heating of materials and high space precision of temperature in the chamber with minimal power consumption.
Product Series Description
The patented air flow system ensures a rapid and precise reaching of the required temperature throughout the chamber and consequently the ideal process of the samples heating. The INCUCELL® V series offers high operation comfort, precise control and short temperature recovery times in the chamber after opening the door and therefore it is suitable for demanding and precise tests and cultivation processes. The INCUCELL® V devices meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.
Basic Design Components
Sturdy design and perfect protection against corrosion are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purposes of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air, the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purposes of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening.
